Captain Sanjai Jatar brings over 30 years of experience in the marine and offshore oil and gas industry, as a Master Mariner on a variety of merchant vessels including tankers, container ships and bulk carriers and dynamically positioned multi-support diving and construction vessels before transitioning to the offshore industry as Project Manager where he worked in various offshore areas of the world, including Gulf of Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, India, South China Sea, Indonesia, West Africa and the Far East. Capt. Jatar has extensive international offshore and deep-water marine construction and installation experience coupled with world class delivery & leadership in offshore projects on a variety of subsea, floating and fixed structures. Capt. Jatar obtained his MBA degree from Texas A&M and is also a certified Project Management Professional. In his capacity as head Aker Marine Contractors, North America he was responsible for operating and commissioning several state of the art deepwater construction vessels and successfully executed a large number of challenging offshore projects around the world. Capt. Jatar is Founder and Managing Director for Great Circle Offshore & Marine, LLC.
Mr. Eddie Wang is a veteran in the marine and offshore industries with over 40 years integrated knowledge in ship design & construction, ship owning & operation, ship classification, and offshore construction. He has hands-on experience as Naval Architecture Manager (EMAS AMC), Principle Naval Architect (Bechtel Offshore), Senior Principle Engineer & Project Manager (ABS), Fleet Naval Architect (Chiquita Brands), Chief Naval Architect (Eastern Shipbuilding Group), etc. He earned his M.Sc. degrees in Ocean Engineering and Naval Architecture at University of Connecticut and University of London (UCL), and B.S. in Naval Architecture at National Taiwan Ocean University. He is currently Managing Director & Principal Naval Architect of International Maritime Development, LLC providing consultancy services for offshore renewable energy solutions focusing on offshore wind project & business development, regulatory affairs, WTS technologies, supply chain development policy & strategies, offshore wind farm EPCI and O&M related businesses. Mr. Wang is a frequent presenter at technical conference and seminar on topics like “OWF Project Certification” and “Natural Hazard Risk Mitigation for OWF”. In the past 4 years he has invested a lot of his resources on research and development of Wind Turbine Installation Vessels (WTIV) for APAC OSW market.
Mr. Lester Huang has been in the Energy and Technology industries for over 25 years, working both in engineering, software, and finance. Mr. Huang has focused on business development and financial transactions and has worked on over USD $2 Billion of deals involving mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financing of equity and debt, and structuring of businesses. He has helped several firms reach high-growth expectation and have bought and sold several businesses in Energy services. He helped Gazprom enter the US natural gas trading business, the owners of All Coast acquire a fleet of Lift Boats from Hercules Offshore, Ping Petroleum enter the Malaysian O&G market, and Private Equity owners acquire, grow, and sell CapRock Communications (currently owned by SpeedCast). Mr. Huang is the Managing Director for New Voyage Energy Partners. Mr. Huang has an MBA from Rice University and a BS in mechanical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
